410 MARYLAND COURT OF APPEALS

The Court adjourns untill the Second tuesday of July Next and all
Causes Continued in the Mean time untill that Day

At a Court of appeals held before his Excellency the Governour and his
Lordships Honourable Council for hearing Appeals and Writts of Error
held in the Council Chamber at the Port of Annapolis on the Second Tues-
day of July being the fourteenth day of the Same Month Anno Domini
1724. Present: His Honour Charles Calvert Esqr Governour; The Honour-
able Col William Holland; Saml Young Esqr; Col Thomas Addison;
Col Richard Tilghman; Col M: Tilghman [sic]; Benj" Tasker Esqr, of the
Council

The Court Adjourns Untill to Morning [sic] 9 of the Clock before Noon
Wednesday July the 15th 1724 The Court meet According to adjournment
Present: His Honour the Governour; Col Saml young; John Hall Esqr; Col
Richard Tilghman; Col. M: Tilghman Ward; Benj" Tasker Esqr. Esqr Loyd
thereafter Came and took his Seat.

Ruled this day that for the future that in all Writts of Error and Ap-
peals to be brought into this Court that the Errors to be filed thereon be filed
in forty days after the End of Each Appearance Court or that the said Appeals
or Writts of Error for Default thereof Should (as by the former rules of this
Court) Abate.

The Court Adjourns till the Morrow morning 8 of the Clock — before
noon

Thursday July the i6th 1724 The Court meet according to adjournment.
Present: His Honr the Governour; Colo Wm Holland; Colo Samuel Young;
John Hall Esqr; Colo Thomas Addison; Colo Richd Tilghman; Philemon
Loyd Esqr; Colo Mathew Tilghman Ward; Benj" Tasker Esqr.

Eodem Die July 16 1724

Heretofore To witt as it appears in the Records and Entries of this Court
To Witt the ioth Day of Aprill Anno Domini 1723 His Lordships Justices
of the Provincial Court Transmitt to his Lordships Governour and Council
of the Province aforesaid Sitting as a Court [615] of Appeals and Errors the
following Record on an appeale made by John Bush of Talbot County
Planter by Daniel Dulany his Attorney The Tenor of Which follows in these
words. Vizt

MARYLAND ss. Amongst the Records and Proceedings of the Provincial
Court of Maryland is Contained as follows Vizt

MARYLAND ss. At a Provincial Court held at the City of Annapolis in
Annarundell County on the Second Tuesday of Aprill being the Ninth Day
