At a Court of appeals held before his Excellency the Governour and his
Lordships Honourable Council for hearing Appeals and Writts of Error
held in the Council Chamber at the Port of Annapolis on the Second Tues-
day of July being the fourteenth day of the Same Month Anno Domini
1724. Present: His Honour Charles Calvert Esqr Governour; The Honour-
able Col William Holland; Saml Young Esqr; Col Thomas Addison;
Col Richard Tilghman; Col M: Tilghman [sic]; Benj" Tasker Esqr, of the
Council
The Court Adjourns Untill to Morning [sic] 9 of the Clock before Noon
Wednesday July the 15th 1724 The Court meet According to adjournment
Present: His Honour the Governour; Col Saml young; John Hall Esqr; Col
Richard Tilghman; Col. M: Tilghman Ward; Benj" Tasker Esqr. Esqr Loyd
thereafter Came and took his Seat.
Ruled this day that for the future that in all Writts of Error and Ap-
peals to be brought into this Court that the Errors to be filed thereon be filed
in forty days after the End of Each Appearance Court or that the said Appeals
or Writts of Error for Default thereof Should (as by the former rules of this
Court) Abate.
The Court Adjourns till the Morrow morning 8 of the Clock — before
noon
