334 MARYLAND COURT OF APPEALS

pause the Agent replyed that if said [510] Ward had made any false Sug-
gestions or allegations such were intirely to his own Detriment for that
he looked upon the patent lyable to be cancelled and further saith not.

Whereupon afterwards on the Seventh day of April Anno Domi Seven-
teen hundred and twenty two in the same Court or term upon the hearing
the record and whole Proceedings of the Chancery Court to the rendring the
Decree there as the afsd Appeale and Petition and Causes therein by the
Appellant for Erors in Equity assigned being seen and by the Court here
more fully understood and deligently examined for that it appeareth to the
same Court that the Decree rendred in the Chancery Court was according
to Equity and conscience.

Therefore it is Considered that the Decree ala in all things be affirmed
and remain in all it's force Vigor and Effect and the injunction afsd be per-
petuall notwithstanding the afsd Causes and Matters for Errors above As-
signed and further by the same Court it is Considered that the Appeallee shall
recover against the afsd Appellt his Costs in this Court and in the Court of
Chancery.

Bond lodged in Court by the Appellant to prosecute his Appeale with
Effect an [sic] Daniel Dulany of Councill for the Appellant moves that if any
other Person appears as appealee [511] The Appellant will give further Se-
curity Thomas Bordley appears for the appealee with liberty to make his
Exceptions to the irregularity of the proceedings next Court as he might do
this Court. Time given to the Councill for the Appellant to file his reasons
of Appeale untill the first of June next.

Cause abated by the death of the Plantiff; [DD] Davison v [TB Atfny
Genll] Majesty Writt of Error This Cause abated by the death of the Plan-
tiff; [TB:] James Frisby v [DD:] John Snow Writt of Error and Transcript.
Se fa issued Notice thereof given to Samll Perry Attorney in fact for John
Snow. Cont; [DD:] Jonathan Forward v [TB] Gilbert Powlson Writt of
Error; [DD] Bennett Hoskins v [TB:] John Causeen's Lessee Writt Diminu-
tion Issued. Record on Diminution returned. Saturday April the 7th 1722
Demr filed; [DD] Thomas Hicks v Sewards heir Appeale Vide Minutes, The
above last Specified Four Causes are Continued till the third tuesday in
July next.

The Court adjourns untill the third tuesday in July next.
