sum of pounds of Tobacco to us by the Court here Adjudged for our
Costs and Charges by us upon the prosecution of the said Writ of Error laid
out and Expended and that the said Thomas Bordley and Daniel Dulany who
for us prosecuteth have thereof our Execution etc.

Upon reading the petition of John Smith of Dorchester County and
Mary his wife Praying that for as much as they are not Worth in their estate
to the Value of five pounds Sterling And that they Were ready to Make Oath
to the truth of the Same And therefore praying that Council Might be as-
signd them on behalf of William the Son of the Said Mary a Minor against
the heirs and representatives of Colonel Thomas Ennalls deceased and that
M^r Richard Trensam may be assigned to be of Council for them Which [is]
allowed of and Said Trensam assigned them as prayed.
