MARYLAND COURT OF APPEALS 281

Thomas Addison; Col Richard Tilghman; Henry Lowe Esquire; Col
Mathew Tilghman Ward; James Bowls Esquire.

The Court adjourns till to Morrow Morning Nine of the Clock fore-
noon. Saturday Octr the fifteenth Seventeen hundred and twenty The Court
meet according to adjournment.

Present: Col Wffi Holland; Col Samuel Young; Col Thos Addisson; Col Rich-
ard Tilghman; Henry Lowe Esqr; Col Mathew Tilghman Ward; James
Bowles Esquire.

[DD] John Gresham Esqr at [PP] Thomas Bordley Esqr
Supersedeas as follows

You John Gresham Daniel Dulany and Thoa Humphrys Do confess
Judgment to Thomas Bordley for the Sum of Seven thousand five hundred
and Eighty pounds of tobacco and Seven [430] pounds thirteen Shillings and
one penny Currant Money Which Sume was recovered by the Said Thomas
Bordley against John Gresham on the twenty Sixth day of May Seventeen
hundred and twenty in the High Court of Appeal The Said Sum of Seven
thousand five hundred and Eighty pounds of tobacco and Seven pounds
thirteen Shillings and one penny Currant Money to be levied of your Bodys
goods or Chatties Lands or tenements for the use of the Said Thomas Bordley
in Case the Said John Gresham Shall not pay and Satisfye the Said Thomas
Bordley the Sum aforesaid, So as aforesaid recovered against him with the
Additional Costs thereon on the tenth day of November next Before me D
Mariarte

[PP] Thomas Bordley Esqr v [DD] John Gresham Esqr
Executio Decreti issued Supersedeas returned

Ordered fiere facias or Capias ad Satisfaciendum to issue unless Cause
shewn to the Contrary this Court. Ordered the Supersedeas be Set a Side
with Stay of Execution till the tenth of November next, and that thereafter
fiere facias or Capias ad Satisfaciendum issue at the Election of the Said
Thomas Bordley without any further delay.

The Court adjourns till Munday Morning Next.

Munday October the Seventeenth Anno Seventeen hundred and twenty
the Court meet according to adjournment.

Present: The Honourable Col William Holland; Col Saml Young; John
Hall Esqr; Col Thomas Addisson; Col Richard Tilghman; Henry Lowe
Esqr; Col Mathew Tilghman Ward; James Bowles Esqr.

The Court adjourns till Thursday next Nine oi the Clock fore noon.
