To recognize etc. because as well etc. Off which said precept the s^d Sher To
Witt Tho^s Reynolds Gent (Now here at this day to Witt the same day and
year last mentioned) Makes return that he has here ready twelve etc. As
by his precept he is Commanded.

And now here after wards (To Witt) the Same day and year, Comes as
well the s^d parties plft and defendant by their Attorneys aforesaid as the
Jurors of that Jury Impannelled as afores^d who being called likewise Come
(To witt) Rich^d Lancaster, W^m Jackson John Rowles, George Clark, John
Reed, James Steward, Darby Dulany, W^m Mills, Phillip Dowell, Abraham
Woodward, Will^m Anderson and Richard Lloyd, who are duely elected tryed

and Swornc to Say the truth in the premisses; And thereupon the Said plain-
tiff by his Attorney afore Said produces to the Court here the Jurors afores^d
So as afores^t Impannelled to prove the promise and assumption of the afores⁴
Ja⁸ Crooke So as afores^d made as the plaintiff has above declared against him
a certain account, with a probate to the Same account annext which account
and probate follows in these Words, Vizt.
