Att which Said next Court to witt the thirteenth Day of July one thou-
sand Seven hundred and fifteen Comes again the parties afsd by their atfneys
afsd and because the Court here of the rendring their Judgment [321] of
and upon the Premises is not yet advis'd, Day thereof is Given to the parties
afd before the Sd Court untill the next Court to hear there of their Judg-
ment etc.
Att which Said next Court to witt the third Day of may anno Doni Sev-
enteen hundred and sixteen Comes again the Said Parties by their attorneys
afsd and the Said George Eskridge offers him Self against the Said Willm
Fitzredmond Lessee of the Said Charles Carroll in the appeall aforesd But
the Said Willm Fitzredmond or the Said Charles Carroll or any for them
Comes not nor is the appeall afore Said further prosecuted. Whereby the
Said George Eskridge remaines agt the Said Willm Fitzredmond Lessee of
the Said Charles Carroll without further prosecution.
Wherefore It is Considered the Day and year last above mentioned, that
the Said William Fitzredmond Lessee of the Said Charles Carroll and his
pledges of prosecuting be in mercy, and that the Said George Eskridge Go
thereof without Day and that the names of the pledges be Sought for and It
is allso Considered that the Said George Eskridge Recover against the afsd
William Fitzredmond Lessee of the Said Charles Carroll the Summe of one
thousand Six hundred and Seventy two pounds of Tobo to the Same George
by the Court here of his Assent according to the forme of the Statute thereof
published and provided adjudged for his [322] Damages Costs and Charges,
which he has Sustained by the Delay of Execution of the Judgment afsd by
pretext of the Prosecution of the appeal aforesd etc.
