[283] At A Court for hearing Appeales and Regulating Writts of Error held
before his Majts Gov and Councill at the City of Annapolis in Ann Arundell
County on the 29th Day of October in the first Yeare of the Reigne of our
Sovereigne Lord George by the Grace of God of Great Brittain France and
Ireland King Defender of the faith etc. Annoque Dmi 1714
Were present: His Excy John Hart Esqr Govr etc.; The Honoble Col: Edwd
Lloyd; Coll Wm Coursey; Col: Wm Holland; Col. Samll Young; Col: Thos
Greenfield and Col Richd Tilghman, Of his Majty Honobte Council
[DD] [TM.] Sr Jno Rogers's Executr v [TB] Contees Executrix In Error
This cause is contd until the next Court and the same day is given to the
party's Plantiff and defendant aforesaid; [TB] George Eskridge Llewellin et
uxr agt Gerrards Ad™ In Error, [TB] Bladen Esqr Hemsly et uxr v Llees
Lessee In Appeale, [TM] Carroll Esqrs Llessee v George Eskridge In Ap-
peale, These three causes being for appeara[nce] are referrd 'til next Court;
[284] [TB] Millers Execrs agt [Att Gen»] His Maj"' In Error Forasmuch as it
does not Appear to the Court here that his Majestys Writt of Injunction
aforesd is as yet dissolved thereupon this cause is further continued untill
the next Court and the same day is given as well to the said Plantiffs as to the
said Defendant alsoe; [TB] Mitchells Admre agt [TM A*G] his Majty In Error
Forasmuch as it doth not appear to the Court here of our Lord the King that
his Majesty's Writt of Injunction aforesaid is as Yet dissolved therefore this
cause is further continued until the next Court and the same day is given
as well to the said partys plantiffs as to the said Defendants also; [WH] Llynes
Exr[8] v [TM] His Majty In Error. Forasmuch as is doth not appear to the
Court here of our Lord the King that his Majestys Writt of Injunction afH
is as yet dissolved thereupon this cause is further continued until next Court

Forasmuch as it doth not appear to the Court of our Lord the King here that
his Majta writt of Injunction aforesaid is as yet dissolved thereupon this cause
is further continued until next Court and the same day is given as well to
the said Renatus Smith and Anthony Ivey Execrs as aforesaid as to the said
Thomas Robbins def also
The Court adjourns per his Excy the Govra Comands to the tenth day
of Decr next, on wch sd 10th day of Decr the Court further Adjourns by his
said Excys Commands to the ioth day of March next and all Causes continued
by ordr Court till then.
