Whereupon this day to witt the 15th day of Aprill aforesaid come
Thomas Macnemara Esqr who by favour of this Honoble Court at the request
and by appointment of Maurice Birchfield Esqr her Majesty's Surveyor
Generall of her Customs here and also at request and by consent of William
Bladen Esqr [275] her Majestys Attorney Cenerall now Especially Admitted
to appear for her Majesty in this behalf as likewise came the aforesaid Arthur
Miller Executor as aforesaid by his Attorney aforesaid And the said Thomas
Macnemara Esqr now on behalf of her Majesty produces to the Court here
this Fifteenth day of Aprill last mentioned her Majts most Gracious Writts
of Injunction and Supaena for stay of all further proceedings hereupon
in this Honourable Court which is by the Court here understood etc.

In Error
Anne by the Grace of God of Great Brittain France and Ireland Queen
defender of the faith etc. To the Justices of the Provll Court greeting be-
cause in the Record and process and rendring Judgment in A Action of Debt
of Two hundred Eighty Eight pounds Sterling before you in our said Court
Between Thomas Robins Plantiff and Renatus Smith and Anthoney Ivey
of Queen Anns County Gentn Executors of the last Will and Testament of
Robert Smith late of Talbott County Gentn deceased otherwise called Robert
Smith of Talbott County Esqr defendants Manifest Error (as it is said) has
happened to the great damage of the said Renatus Smith and Anthony Ivey
Executors as aforesd as of their Complaint Wee have received Wee being
Willing that the Error) if any there be should in due manner be corrected
and full and Speedy Justice done to each of the said parties in this behalf
Doe therefore Command You that the Record and process of the Action
and Judgment aforesaid (if Judgment be rendred togeather with all things
relating thereto before our Governour and Councill of our said Province
at their next Meeting to hear Appeals and Writts of Error at Annapolis the
Eighteenth day of Aprill Instant under your hands and [276] Seales dis-
tinctly and openly You send and this Writt that Inspection being thereto
had wee may cause to be done what According to right and the Laws and
constitutions of our Kingdom of Great Brittain and this our Province of
Maryland ought to be done in the Premises Wittness our self at the City of
Annapolis this Sixteenth day of Aprill in the 11th Year of our Reigne etc.
