liam Bladen her Majesty's said Attorney Generall who for her said Majesty
in this behalf prosecuteth alsoe,

Att Which said next Court to witt the Seaventh day of October Anno
Domini 1712 comes again as well the said [272] William Bladen her Majestys
said Attorney Generall who for her said Majesty in this behalf prosecuteth
as the said Arthur Miller Executor as aforesaid by his said Attorneys afore-
said and the said Arthur Miller Executor as aforesaid by his Attorneys afore-
said [sic] And the said Arthur Miller Executor as aforesaid by his said Attor-
neys produces to the Court here her Majestys Writt of Error the tenour of
which followeth in these words Viz^t

MARYLAND ss. Anne by the Grace of God of Great Brittain France and
Ireland Queen defender of the faith etc. To our trusty and Welbeloved
William Holland Esqr Chief Justice of our Provinciall Court of Maryland
Greeting because in the Record and process and also in the rendring Judg-
ment of A plea which was in the Provinciall Court of our Dear brother the
Lord William the Third late King of England etc. before John Hammond
and his Associates Justices of the said late King of the same Court in the
Eighth Year of the reigne of the said late Kings [sic] in the same Court An-
noque Domini Sixteen hundred and Ninety Six by Writt between our Late
Royall predecessor's King William and Queen Mary etc. plant^s and Michaell
Miller (now Deceased) defendant of A Certain debt of One thousand pounds
Sterling Which the said late King in the same his late Majestys Court before
the said John Hammond and his Associates aforesaid recovered against the
said Michaell Miller in the Plea aforesaid As it is said Manifest Error has hap-
ened to the great Damage of Arthur Miller of Kent County Gent Executor of
the Last Will and testament of the said Michaell as of his Complaint Wee
have receiv'd and in delay of the Execution of the same testament Wee being
Willing that the Error (if any there be should be duely Corrected and full
and Speedy Justice done in this behalf Comand You that if Judgment be
thereof rendred then the record and Process of the plea aforesaid with all
things thereunto relating to our President and Councill of Maryland at An-
napolis on the third day of November next under your hands and Seale dis-
tinctly and openly you send and this Writt that the Record and process afore-
said being inspected our said President and Councill may further cause to
be done for the Correcting that Error What of right according to law shalbe
to be done Wittness our self at the City of [273] Annapolis this is^th day of
October in the 11^th Year of our Reigne etc. Annoque Domini 1712.
