Domi 1714 comes Thomas Macnemara Esqr who by favour of this Honoble
Court at the request and by appointmt of Maurice Birchfield Esqr her
Majestys Surveyor Generall [263] of her Customs etc. is now especially ad-
mitted to appear for her Majesty in this behalf and likewise the said Walter
Storey and Michaell Martin Executors as aforesaid by their Attorney afore-
said Yet notwithstanding the said Thomas Macknemara Esqr for and on
behalf of her Majesty produces to the Court here this fifteenth day of Aprill
last mentiond her Majestys Gracious Writt of Injunction and Supcena for
stay of all further proceedings hereupon in this Honoble Court which Is by
the Court here understood etc: Whereupon this cause is continued to the
next Court and day is given to both the partys aforesaid.

Her Majesty — In Error
MARYLAND ss. Anne by the Grace of God of great Brittaine France and
Ireland Queen defender of the faith etc., To our trusty and Welbeloved
William Holland Esqr Chief Justice of our Provinciall Court of Maryland
Greeting Because in the record And process as also in the rendring Judgment
of A plea which was in the provinciall Court of our dear brother the Lord
William the Third late King of England etc. before John Hamond and his
Associates Justices of the said late King of the same Court in the Eighth Year
of the Reigne of the said late King Annoque Domini Sixteen hundred and
Ninety Six by Writt between our late Royall Predecessors King William and
Queen Mary etc. Plantiffs and Michaell Miller now deceasd defendant of A
certain debt of One thousand pounds Sterling which the said late King in
the same his late Majestys Court before the said John Hamond and his Asso-
ciates aforesaid recoverd against the said Michaell Miller in the plea afore-
said as it is said Manifest Error has hapened to the great damage of Arthur
Miller of Kent County Gentn Executor of the last Will and testament of the
said Michaell as of his Complaint Wee have receivd in delay of the Execu-
tion of the same testament Wee being Willing that the Error if any there
be should be duely corrected and full and Speedy Justice done in this behalf
Comand You [264] that if Judgment be thereof rendred then the Record
and process of the plea aforesaid with all things thereunto relating to our
President and Councill of Maryland at Annapolis on the third day of No-
vember next under your hand and seale distinctly and openly You send and
this Writt that the record and process aforesaid being inspected our said
president and Councill may further Cause to be done for the Correcting of
that Error What of right and According to law shalbe to be done Wittness
our self at the City of Annapolis the 13th day of October in the 11th Year of
our reigne etc. Annoque Dom 1712
