Command you that if Judgment thereof be rendred then the Record and
process aforesaid with all things concerning the same to the President of our
Councill of Maryland and to our Councill of Maryland sitting in A Court
of Law to hear Appeals and Writts of Error at our City of Annapolis the
twelfth day of May next under your Seal distinctly and openly You send that
having inspected the Record and process aforesaid wee may further doe
therein What according to the Law and Custome [232] of our Realm of
Great Brittain is to be done, Witness Edward Lloyd Esqr President and
Keeper of our Great Seale of this our Province of Maryland this Twenty Sec-
ond day of Aprill in the Twelfth year of our Reign Annoque Dom 1713.

Afterwards to Witt on the Twelfth day of May aforesaid in the Year
aforesaid the transcript of the Record and process afd with all things thereto
relating concerning the death of the aforesaid Thomas Graham and for
which the said Thomas Macnemara Was Impeached Indicted and tryed and
before the Justices of our Provl Court lately prosecuted to our said president
and Councill of Maryld by reason of A certain Writt of the Lady the Queen
for the Correcting of Error in the Record and process and rendring of
Judgmt of the provinciall Court aforesaid were transmitted and follows. Vizt
