that the said Alexr Frazer and Sarah his Wife recover against the said John
Hyde as well the Sume of Forty Seaven pounds Seaventeen Shillings Sterling
their damages afd by the Inquisition aforesaid in forme aforesaid found as
alsoe the Sume of One Thousand Three hundred Fifty and two pounds of
tobaccoe by the Court here Adjudged unto the said Alexander Frazer and
Sarah his Wife of their Assent for their Costs and charges by them about their
Suite in this behalfe Laid out and Expended, and the aforesaid John Hyde
in Mercy etc.
In Testimony Whereof the Seale of the Provll Court is
[Loc Sigil Provinc] hereunto Affixed per Jno Beale Clr
And thereupon the said John Hyde by Wornell Hunt his Attorney came
and pray'd day to Assigne the Error or Errors in the Record and process
aforesaid and day is given the said Plantiff untill the twelfth day of May
next. Att which day to witt next Court on twelfth day of May Anno Dmi
1713 before her Majesty's Honoble president of the Councill of Maryland
and the same Councill came the said Alexander Frazer and Sarah his wife
by their Attorney aforesaid but the said John Hyde altho' Solemnly required
came not neither is the aforesaid Writt of Error by the said John Hyde
against the said Alexander Frazer and Sarah his wife further presented.
Therefore it is Considered by the Court here this day to Witt the
twelfth day of May Anno Dmi 1713 that the said Alexr Frazer and Sarah his
Wife recover against the said John Hyde the Sume of Eleaven hundred and
Forty pounds of tobaccoe of their Assent by the Court here Adjudged accord-
ing to forme of the Statute etc. for their Costs and charges laid out and Ex-
pended [231] by occasion of the Delay of the Execution of the Judgment
aforesaid and the said John Hyde in mercy etc.

Ireland Queen defender of the faith etc. To our Trusty and Welbeloved
William Holland Esqr Chief Justice of our Provinciall Court of Maryland
greeting, because in the Record and process as alsoe in the rendring of Judg-
ment in A plea that was in our said Court before you and Your Associates
Justices of our said Court touching our Crown Between our selves and
Thomas Macknemara of the City of Annapolis in St Anns parrish in the
County of Ann Arundell Gentleman otherwise called Thomas Macknemara
of the parrish and County aforesaid Gentleman concerning the death of A
Certain Thomas Grayham whereof the said Thomas Macknemara was Im-
peached Indicted and tryed before you and Your Associates Justices of our
said Court manifest Error (as tis said) has hapned to the great dammage of
the said Thomas Macknemara as of his complaint wee have reed Wee being
willing the Error if any there was should in due manner be corrected and
full and Speedy Justice done the said Thomas Macknemara in this behalf
