to this Province,
coming in, and trading within this Province, shall pay, or to be charged
with, any Port Duties, or Anchorage whatsoever, other than Five Shillings
for Entering,
and Five Shillings for Clearing, at the respective Entries and Clearing,
for each respective Vessel belonging to this Province aforesaid; and
Law,
Statute, Usage or Custom, to the contrary notwithstanding.
