charged with
Port Duties,
or anchorage,

Fees than 5 s.
for entering,
and 5 s. for
clearing.
and Lower Houses of this present General Assembly, and the Authority of the
same, That no vessel or Vessels whatsoever, properly belonging to this Province,
coming in, and trading within this Province, shall pay, or to be charged
with, any Port Duties, or Anchorage whatsoever, other than Five Shillings for Entering,
and Five Shillings for Clearing, at the respective Entries and Clearing,
for each respective Vessel belonging to this Province aforesaid; and Law,
Statute, Usage or Custom, to the contrary notwithstanding.
                                                   Examined and Compared with the Record, REVERDY GHISELIN,
