At a Session of ASSEMBLY begun and held at the
    City of Annapolis, on Saturday the 22d Day of
    March, and ended on Friday the 11th Day of

    April, in the 9th Year of the Dominion of the Right
    Honourable FREDERICK, absolute Lord and Proprietary
    of the Provinces of Maryland and Avalon

1760:  The following Laws were Enacted.

CHAP. I.
An Act continuing an Act, entitled, An Act to prevent Persons from Secreting
    Boats, Flats and other Vessels, drove by stress of Weather or otherwise, from
    Landings and Moorings.  Lib.
H.S.  fol. 380.  EXP.
Passed 11th
April 1760.
1753, ch. 10, hereby continued 3 Years, &c.

 
CHAP. II.
An Act continuing an Act, entitled, An Act to prevent Masters of Ships and
    Vessels from clandestinely carrying Servants and Slaves, or Persons Indebted, out
    of this Province.  Lib. H.S.  fol. 380.  EXP.

CHAP. III.
An Act continuing an Act, entitled, A Supplementary Act to the Act, entitled,
    An Act for the Relief of Creditors in England, against Bankrupts who have

CHAP. VI.
An Act to aid some proceedings of the Vestry of Port-Tobacco Parish, in Charles
    County; and to impower the said Parish to elect Vestry-men and Church-wardens.

    N.B. 
Easter Monday 1759, being very Rainy, so as the Vestry cou'd not meet to proceed in
the election of Vestry-men and Church-wardens, so that the Parish was not, from that Time.
fully represented; notwithstanding which, the Vestry had transacted the Parish Business:  This

Act makes valid the Vestry transactions in 1759, so far as relates to Taxing of Batchelors and
chusing Inspectors, and enables the parish to elect four new Vestry-men, and two Church-wardens,
&c.

CHAP. VII.
An Act to increase the Salaries of the Inspectors of Snow-Hill Warehouse in Worcester
    County, and Plymouth Warehouse in Dorchester County.  Lib. H.S

        1763.
