FREDERICK Lord BALTIMORE.
At a Session of ASSEMBLY begun and held at the
    City of Annapolis, on Wednesday the 28th Day of
    September, and ended the 16th Day of December,
    in the 7th Year of the Dominion of the
    Right Honourable FREDERICK, absolute Lord and
    Proprietary of the Provinces of Maryland and Avalon,
    Lord Baron of Baltimore, &c. Annoq; Domini,
    1757:  The following Laws were Enacted.

CHAP. XVIII.
Passed 16th
Dec. 1757.

1750, ch. 7.

A Supplementary Act to an Act, entitled, a An Act to enable the Justices of Baltimore
    County Court, to assess and levy on the Taxable Inhabitants of St. George's
    Parish, in that County, a Sum of Money for the Uses therein mentioned.  Lib.
    H.S.  fol. 338.  OBS.
    N.B.  By this Act, the Justices were impowered to levy 550 l. Current Money by two equal
Assessments, viz. in November Courts, 1757 and 1758, for Finishing their Church.  But not
passing the Seals till after November Court 1757, a farther Supplementary Act, in Aid thereof,
was made 1758, ch. 2.
CHAP. XIX.
Passed 16th
Dec. 1757.
An Act continuing an Act, entitled, An additional and explanatory Act to the
    Act, entitled, An Act impowering the Commissioners of the County Courts to levy
    and raise Tobacco to defray the necessary Charges of their Counties and Parishes.

1748, ch. 20, hereby continued 3 Years, &c.

Ditto. An Act continuing an Act, entitled, An Act for destroying Wolves in Frederick
    County.  Lib. H.S.  fol. 339. EXP.
1751, ch. 3, hereby continued 3 Years, &c.
CHAP. XXI.
Ditto. An Act continuing an Act, entitled, An Act to prevent certain Evils and Inconveniencies
    attending the Sale of Strong Liquors, and running of Horse-Races
    near the yearly Meetings of the People called Quakers; and to prevent the tumultuous
    Concourse of Negroes and other Slaves, during the said Meetings; and also
    one other Act, entitled, An Act to amend and explain and Act, entitled, An
    Act to prevent certain Evils and Inconveniencies attending the Sale of Strong Liquors,
    and running of Horse-Races near the yearly Meetings of the people called
    Quakers, and to prevent the tumultuous Concourse of Negroes and other
    Slaves, during the said Meetings.  Lob. H.S.  fol. 340.  EXP.
1747, ch. 17:       1752, ch. 14:  Hereby continued 3 Years, &c.
CHAP. XXII.
Ditto. An Act continuing an Act, entitled, A Supplementary Act to an Act, entitled,
    An Act laying an Imposition on Negroes, and several Sorts of Liquors imported;
    and also on Irish Servants, to prevent the Importing too great a Number of Irish
    Papists into this Province.  Lib. H.S.  fol. 340.  EXP.
1735, ch. 6, hereby continued 3 Years, &c.
CHAP. XXIII.
Ditto. An Act continuing an Act, entitled, An Act to enable the several and respective
    County Clerks within this Province, to remove some of the County Records and
    Papers from the Public Offices.  Lib.
