might follow therefrom, not only to the poorer sort of
Planters, within this Province, but also
to his Majesty, in relation to the Customs, thought fit
to signify his DISSASENT and Disagreement
unto, and Disapprobation of, the said Act, under his
Hand and Seal at Arms, by an Instrument,
dated 24th November 1666. See Council Proceedings,
