CHAP.
    I.
Married Women, Persons of unsound Mind, Imprisoned, or beyond Seas, the Liberty of making
such their Claims at any Time within Twelve Months after such Impediment removed.
    The Act of 1723, ch. 20, impowers the Justices of Ann-Arundel County Court, to act and
proceed according to the Intent and Meaning of this Act of 1705, ch. 1, in all Matters and
Things therein mentioned, as if Commissioner for that Purpose had issued to them, according to
the Directions of the said Act, &c.
    By the Act of 1751, ch. 15, the special Records of Ann-Arundel County, formed in pursuance
of this Act of 1705, ch. 1, are established.

Passed 25th
May 1705.
An Act impowering Major Nicholas Lowe, Executor of the Last Will and Testament
    of
William Edmondson, late of Dorchester County, deceased, to sell a
    certain Tract of Land, lying in
Dorchester County, called Richardson's Choice,
    Formerly purchased by the said William Edmondson, of and from one John
    Nichols, for Payment of a Debt due from the said William Edmondson, to
    the said
John Nichols, for the remaining Part of the original Purchase of the
    said Land.  Lib.

to take Place, unless he should surrender himself, within Twenty Days after the End of this Session.

BE it Enacted, by the Queen's most excellent Majesty, by and with the Advice
and Consent of her Majesty's Governor, Council, and Assembly of this 
Province, and the Authority of the same,
That the Act of Assembly,
entitled, An Act for the Punishment of Persons suborning Witnesses, or committing
wilful and corrupt Perjury,
and every Matter, Clause and Thing therein
contained, is hereby declared to be and remain in full Force and Effect, to all
Intents, Constructions, and Purposes whatsoever.
                                            Examined and Compared with the Original Act, REVERDY GHISELIN,
                                                                                                                                    THOMAS BACON.

An Act declaring an Act, entitled, ‡, An Act for erecting Ann-Arundel and
