N.B. By
this Act all Laws made in this Province, before the Session begun and held
at Annapolis
the 28th June 1699, were repealed, except those expressed and
set down in the Schedule or
Catalogue thereunto annexed, (which is the same verbatim with that
annexed to the Act of 1699,
ch. 46,) saving to any person the Benefit and Advantage of any Suit
or Action already commenced
or sued upon any the said repealed Acts.
