" Doctor Thomas Bray, or his Successor (viz. as the Bishop of London's Commissary) to be chief
" Visitor of all and every the said Libraries within the said Province."  A new Act was made
1704, ch. 56.

    N.B.  This Act gave the Licence Money to the Secretary for the Time being, for 3 Years,
