An act ascertaining the Bounds of Land.  Lib. LL. N° 2. fol. 207.  REP.
    N.B.  This Act fell under the general Repeal of 1704, ch. 77, but by ch. 98 of that Year,
was revived and continued till the End of the next Session.  It was in the Manner revived by
1705, ch. 10; and 1706, ch. 1; and totally expired on the 15th April 1707.
CHAP. XIX.
Ditto. An ACT for settling Assemblies and Provincial Courts at the
    Port of Annapolis, in Ann-Arundel County. Lib. LL. N° 2
    fol. 227.

BE it Enacted by the King's most excellent Majesty, by and with the Advice
and Consent of this present General Assembly, and the Authority of the same,
That the Port of Annapolis, in Ann-Arundel County, be the chief
Place and Seat of Justice within this Province, for holding Assemblies and
Provincial Courts.

    II. And that all Writs, Pleas and Process, issuing, or that has issued
out, and returnable to the Provincial as aforesaid, or to the Court of
Chancery, shall, from the End of this present Sessions of Assembly, continue
and be made Returnable to the Port of Annapolis, in Ann-Arundel
County, aforesaid.
                                Examined and Compared with the Record, REVERDY GHISELIN,
                                                                                                                        THOMAS BACON.

Passed 22d of
July 1699.
An Act of Gratitude to Col. Ninian Beall.  Lib. LL. N° 2. fol. 228.  PR
    Viz. 
For his Services upon all Incursions and Disturbances of the Neighbouring Indians,
75 l. Sterling, to be laid out for 3 serviceable Negroes, to him and his Wife during their Lives,
and afterwards to their Children.  The said Negroes and their Increase not to be subject to any
Executions or Judgments during the Life of Mr. Beall, or his Wife.
