    King, Defender of the Faith, &c. Annoq; Domini
    1699, and ended the 22d Day of July following.

An Act impowering Benjamin Williams, Administrator de Bonis non administratis
    of Joseph Williams, late of Baltimore County, Deceased, to sell a
    certain tract of Land in
Cæcil County, on Sassafras River, late the Land of
   
Joseph Williams, called by the Name of Tibaulds, and containing about Three
    Hundred Acres, for the Payment of his Debts, pursuant to the Will of the said

Ditto. An Act for the transferring and setting over unto Major William Whittington,
    the Debts due from the Officers of Somerset County, by Virtue of an * Act for
    raising a Supply towards defraying of the public Charges of this Province.  Lib.
