President Constitutional Convention of Maryland:
The undersigned, Clerk of the Circuit Court for Anne
Arundel county, in obedience to an order of the Constitu-
tional Convention passed 15th inst., "that the Clerks of the
several Courts of this State be requested to furnish this Con-
vention with the following information, viz: the number
of cases, criminal, civil, and in equity, which were tried at
the several terms of the Circuit Courts held in their respective
counties in the years 1865 and '66," respectfully reports that
at the April term, 1865, there were brought—
