until Monday next, at 3 o'clock, P. M.
Mr. Brown, proposed the foltowing amendment:
Strike out the word "Monday," and insert "to-morrow."

The President laid before the Convention the reports of the
Clerks of the Commissioners of Somerset and Anne Arundel
Counties, and also the report of the Clerk of the Circuit
Court for Frederick County,

On motion of Mr. McMaster severally referred to the
Committee upon the Judiciary Department.
