The proceedings of yesterday were read and approved,
Mr. Barry submitted the following order :
Ordered, That the Committee on Accounts pay F. A. Rich-
ardson and E. Fulton the sum of five hundred dollars be-
tween them, for services rendered by them as reporters of the
debates of this body in the newspapers of Baltimore city and
elsewhere.
Which was read.
Mr. Hall moved to lay the order on the table.
