vail.
On motion of Mr. Alvey,
The Convention resolved itself into a Committee of thvs
Whole, to consider and report upon the Report of the Com-
mittee upon Public Works and Corporations, title :—Arti-
cle—Public Works ;
Mr. Dent in the Chair.
After some time spent in Committee of the Whole, the
Committee rose,
(The President resumed the Chair,)
And through Mr. Dent, Chairman, reported that they had
had under consideration the Report of the Committee upon
Public Works and Corporations, title: Article — Public
Works, had made some progress therein, and asked leave to
sit, again.
The Report was received, and leave granted.
On motion of Mr. McKaig,
At 2 o'clock P. M. the Convention adjourned.
