Mr. Vansant gave notice that he -would, at, the proper
time, move a reconsideration of the vote by which the Report
of the Committee upon Public Works and Corporations, title,
Article—City of Baltimore, was rejected.
The Convention then proceeded to the consideration of the
Report of the Committee upon Public Works and Corpora-
tions, title, Article—Public Works, said Report being upon
a second reading.
Pending which,
Mr. Merryman moved that the further consideration of the
Report be postponed until to-morrow, Tuesday.
Pending the consideration of which,
The question recurring upon sustaining the motion,
Mr. Stoddert demanded the yeas and nays.
