Mr. Carter submitted the following order :
Ordered, That on and alter Tuesday, July 30, 1867, those
articles of the Constitution which have been ordered to be
engrossed for a third reading, shall be taken up on their
third reading in their proper order, at 10.30, A. M.
at which hour the said articles shall be the order of the day.
and shall have precedence over all other business, until 12
o'clock, M. ;

On motion of Mr. Carter,
The further consideration thereof was postponed until Mon-
day next.
Mr. Lee submitted the following order :
Ordered, That the use of the Hall be allowed to Allan
Bankhead Magruder, Esq, of the Baltimore Bar, Tuesday
night, 30th July, for the delivery cf a lecture ;
Which was rejected,
Mr. Carter, Chairman of the Committee to consider all
those parts of the present Constitution of Maryland which
have not been referred to any Standing Committee, and to
report the provision proper to be adopted for the purpose of
submitting the Constitution lo he framed by the Convention
to the people for adoption or rejection, submitted the follow-
ing :
