In compliance with an order of the Convention, I have the
honor to report the following statement of monies paid and
ordered to be paid to Registrars and. their clerks for the regis-
tration of voters in Carroll county, and also for printed list of
registered voters for same, under registry law of this State
since their adoption, viz.:
