322 "Journal of the Council"

Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to Colo. John H Stone Forty two pounds,
three shillings and nine pence for three months half pay due the 1st instant,

That the said Treasurer pay to Thomas Jones Esq'r. Fifty pounds for a quarter's Salary
as one of the Judges of the Court of Appeals due the 1st inst,

That the said Treasurer pay to Benjamin Rumsey Esq'r. Fifty pounds for a quarter's
Salary as aforesaid.

[p. 203] Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to Colo. Uriah Forrest Sixty
seven pounds, ten shillings for six Months half pay due him the first instant, and also the
further Sum of Thirty seven pounds, ten shillings for one quarter's Salary as a Member of the
Council due the 1st November last,

That the said Treasurer pay to John Davidson Thirty seven pounds, ten shillings for a
quarter's Salary as a Member of the Council,

That the said Treasurer pay to Benjamin Mackall Esq'r. Fifty pounds for a quarter's
Salary as one of the Judges of the Court of Appeals due the 1st instant.

Saturday 9th. February 1793

Saint Marys County:

Thomas Todd, Thomas Bayley, Henry Lammott, Thorowgood Smith, Isaac Griest, Francis
Snowden, George Salmon, John Robert Hollyday, Nicholas Rogers, Richard Winchester,
Joshua Cockey, William McLaughlin, Joshua Lemmon, John O'Donnell and John Merryman
of Benjamin Justices of Baltimore County.
