The Council met.

Monday the 30th of this instant is appointed to take into consideration the enquiry
into the charges exhibited to this Board by Leonard Belt against Henry Lammot a Justice of
the Peace for Baltimore County, and it is ordered that the Clerk of the Council issue
Summonses for Witnesses on the application of the party.

Friday 13th. January 1792

A Bond executed by John Smith Brookes with Benjamin Brookes and Benjamin Harwood
of Prince Georges County his securities for the payment [p. 30] of £. 2700—Current
Money agreeably to an Act of Assembly passed last Session for the relief of John Smith
Brookes, is approved.

Saturday 14. January 1792

Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to Samuel Harvey Howard Thirty three
pounds, one shilling and six pence Current Money due him per Account passed by the
Auditor.

All debtors to this State for the purchase of confiscated British property, and others who
might have installed their debts under the Act of Assembly passed at November Session 1790
entitled "An Act respecting the Creditors and debtors of this State," and who neglected to
comply with the terms of the said Act are hereby required to install all fresh Debts on or
before the twentieth day of June next. [p. 31]
