Seal of the State of Maryland this third day of November, in the year of our Lord one
thousand seven hundred and ninety one.

The Council adjourned till tomorrow morning.

Friday 4th November 1791

The Council met.

Present as on yesterday.

Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to Mrs. Mary Hilleary Fifteen pounds
for three months half pay due the ist. instant,

That the said Treasurer pay to Robert Denny Fifty pounds for one quarter's Salary as
Auditor General due the ist. instant,

That the said Treasurer pay to Thomas Johnson junr. Forty pounds, eight shillings and a
half penny, and also the further sum of Four pounds two shillings per Accounts passed by the
Aud. Genl,

That the said Treasurer pay to Thomas Johnson junr. One hundred and twenty pounds for
Six Months Salary as Clerk of the Council due the ist. instant,

That the said Treasurer pay to Christopher Richmond, Agent Two hundred and thirty six
pounds, six shillings and nine pence due him per Account passed by the Auditor General,

That the said Treasurer pay to Jubb Fowler Eighteen pounds fifteen shillings for one
quarter's Salary as Messenger to the Council and keeper of the Stadt house due the 1st.
instant,

That the said Treasurer pay to John Gassaway Fifty one pounds, eleven shillings and three
pence three farthings balance of Account passed by the Auditor General,

That the said Treasurer pay to John Kilty Esqr. Fifty pounds for one quarter's Salary
as a member of the Council.

The Council adjourned 'till tomorrow morning.

The Council met.

H. R. Vayraud formerly a subject of the King of France appeared before the Board,
and voluntarily made repeated and subscribed a Declaration of his Belief in the Christian
Relegion, and also took repeated and subscribed the Oath prescribed by the "Act for Natural-
ization" wherefore he is now become a Subject of this State.

Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to Samuel H. Howard Esqr. One hundred
