Ferguson, Leonard M. Deakins and Richard Ponsonby dated 30th. instant.
Richard Ponsonby and George Digges £671. New bond by same as above.

Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to Henry Ridgely Esqr. Fifty pounds
for one quarter's Salary as a Member of the Council,

That the said Treasurer pay to John Davidson Esqr. Fifty pounds for one quarter's salary
as a Member of the Council,

The the said Treasurer pay to Randolph B. Latimer Esquire Fifty pounds for one quarter's
Salary as a Member of the Council.

Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to William Hindman Esqr. Fifty pounds
for one quarter's Salary as a Member of the Council,

That the said Treasurer pay to John Kilty Esquire Fifty pounds for one quarter's
Salary as a Member of the Council,

That the said Treasurer pay to Colo. Uriah Forrest thirty three pounds, fifteen shillings
for three Months half pay due this day,

That the said Treasurer pay to Capt. Robert Denny Fifty pounds for one quarter's
Salary as Auditor due this day,

The the said Treasurer pay to Jubb Fowler Eighteen pounds fifteen shillings for one
quarter's Salary as Messenger to the Council and Keeper of the State House due this day,

That the said Treasurer pay to Christopher Richmond One hundred and fifty pounds for
one quarter's Salary as Agent due this day,

That the said Treasurer pay to John Hannah Twenty two pounds, fifteen shillings for
one Month and 9 Days Salary as Clerk to C. Richmond, Agent, due this Day,

That the said Treasurer pay to George Johnson Twenty one pounds, eleven shillings and
eight pence for one Month and 7 days Salary as Clerk to C. Richmond, Agent up to this day.

Commission issued to Nicholas Lingan appointed Notary Public of Montgomery County.

The Council adjourned 'till tomorrow morning.
