the Board that the Petitioner was actuated by no other Motives than those of Humanity by
entering into the aforesaid Recognizance and that he is very poor and would be entirely ruined
by the payment of the aforesaid sum of Twenty pounds, And three of the Justices of the
said Court having recommended the Petitioner to the Clemency of the Board, it is ordered
that the said fine of twenty pounds be remitted upon Condition that all Costs arising on the
said forfeited Recognizance be paid by him.

The Council adjourned 'till tomorrow morning.
