Thursday 17th. March 1791

The Council met.

Prest't. His Excellency John Eager Howard Esquire

The Hon'ble. Randolph B. Latimer

John Davidson

William Hindman

John Kilty Esquires

Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to Lieut. Colo. Uriah Forrest Thirty three
pounds, fifteen shillings for three Months half pay due him the 1st February last.
The Council adjourned till tomorrow morning.

Friday 18th. March 1791

The Council met.
Present as on yesterday.

Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to William Hindman Esqr. Fifty pounds for
one quarter's Salary as a Member of the Council due the 1st. February last.
The Council adjourned 'till tomorrow morning.

Saturday 19th. March 1791

The Council met.

William Hindman Esquires

[p. 282] William Campbell is appointed Agent agreeably to a Resolution of the General
Assembly passed last Session to superintend the Collection of all Balances due to the State upon
open Account for which service the Board have agreed to give him a Commission of five per
Cent on all monies actually paid into the Treasury of the western shore.
The Council adjourned 'till Monday morning.

Monday 21st. March 1791
