The Council met.

Present as on Yesterday and The Hon'ble. R. B. Latimer Esquire [p. 272]
Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to Randolph Brandt Latimer Esqr. fifty
pounds for one quarters Salary as a Member of the Council due the 1st. instant.
The Council adjourned 'till tomorrow morning.

Saturday 12th. February 1791

The Council met.
Present as on yesterday.

Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to John Kilty Esqr. Fifty pounds for one
quarter's Salary as a Member of the Council due the 1st. instant.
The Council adjourned 'till Monday Morning.

Monday 14. February 1791.

The Council met.

Randolph B. Latimer

John Davidson

John Kilty Esquires

William Matthews having declined to act as a Justice of the Orphans Court of Caecil
County Sidney George was appointed and

Commission issued to Michael Wallace, Sidney George and Samuel Gilpin Justices of the
Orphans Court of Caecil County

Commissions issued to George Beall and Walter Magruder appointed Inspectors of
Tobacco at the Georgetown Warehouse in Montgomery County

Samuel W. Magruder and Charles Magruder Inspectors at the New George town Ware
house in said County

Hezekiah Magruder and

John Mitchell Inspectors at the Central Warehouse in said County. [p. 273]

James Calhoun Esqr. is appointed an Associate Justice for Baltimore County in the room
of Charles Ridgely of Wm. who hath declined to act.

The Council adjourned till tomorrow morning.
