The Council adjourned 'till tomorrow morning.

Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to Richard Dallam, agreeably to a
Resolution of the last Session of the General Assembly, the sum of Forty six pounds, ten
shillings and eight pence specie in the manner prescribed by the Act of 1781 to adjust the
Debts due from this State per Account passed by the Auditor General 1st. September 1787.

The Council adjourned 'till tomorrow morning.

Charles Ridgely of William resigns his appointment of Associate Justice of Baltimore
County by letter dated 25 instant.

Commission issued to John Moale, James Calhoun, George Goldsmith Presbury, Isaac
Van Bibber John Craddock, Jeremiah Johnson, Charles Ridgely of Wm., Abra'm. Van Bibber,
William Russell, Edward Cockey, Thomas Elliott, Thomas Todd, Richard Owings of Sam'l.,
Edmund Stansbury, Thomas Bayley, Henry Lammott, Thorowgood Smith, Isaac Guest,
Francis Snowden, George Salmon, John Robert Hollyday, Nicholas Rogers and Richard Win-
chester appointed Justices of the Peace for Baltimore County.

A Bond dated the 25th. of this instant January executed by Robert Hodson and James
Thompson with William Savin and Lambert Beard Securities in the penalty of one thousand
pounds Current Money for the said Robert Hodson and James Thompson's faithful perform-
ance of all things required of them by an Act of the General Assembly entitled "An Act to grant
to Robert Hodson and James Thompson a right to run Stages on the roads therein men-
tioned" passed last Session, transmitted to the Board was approved.

The Council adjourned till tomorrow morning.
