Commission issued to William McMahon elected Register of Wills of Allegany County
by the General Assembly.

The Council adjourned 'till tomorrow morning.

A Bond dated 31st. December last, executed by Benjamin Harwood with William
Campbell Security, in the penalty of five thousand pounds for the said Benjamin Harwood's
faithful performance of the several duties required of him as Trustee under the "Act respecting
the Creditors and Debtors of this State" passed last Session, produced to the Board, was
approved, and the same ordered to be delivered to the Clerk of the General Court of the
western shore to be by him recorded in the Records of the said Court.

The Council adjourned 'till tomorrow morning.
