Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to Thomas Dance Seven pounds, seven
shillings and nine pence due him per Account passed by the Auditor.
The Council adjourned till Monday Morning.

The Council adjourned 'till tomorrow morning.

Tuesday 19th. October 1790

The Council met.

Present as on yesterday.

Whereas John White deceased was appointed State Agent to support the Accounts of the
State with the United States before the Board of Commissioners established by an Ordinance
of the late Congress of the 7th. May 1787 for the Settlement of the Accounts between the
United States and individual States, and served as such for ten Months and five Days for
which this Board have made him an Allowance of three hundred and forty three pounds
two shillings and six pence, the rate of ninety Dollars per Month, and Whereas the said
John White hath received the sum of three hundred and five pounds sixteen shillings in
advance for his said services which leaves a balance in his favor of thirty seven pounds six
shillings and six pence, It is Ordered that the Treasurer of the western shore pay unto Daniel
Delozier Adm'r. of the said John White the sum of Thirty seven pounds six shillings and six
pence in full for the services of the said John White.

The Council adjourned till tomorrow morning.

Wednesday 20th. October 1790

The Council met.

Present as on Yesterday except the Hon'ble. J. Davidson Esqr. [p. 226]
Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to Colo. John H. Stone forty two pounds,
three shillings and nine pence for three Months half pay due the 1st. of August last.
The Council adjourned 'till tomorrow morning.

Thursday 21st. October 1790

The Council met.
