Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to Capt. David Lynn, Capt. Daniel
Cresap and Maj. Benjamin Brookes Commissioners appointed under the Act to dispose of
the reserved Lands westward of Fort Cumberland &c., forty five pounds on Account.

Ordered that all Process at Law against Nicholas Blacklock Collector of taxes for
Prince Georges County in the year 1786, and his Securities, be suspended until the tenth Day
of April next.

The Council adjourned 'till Monday morning.

Monday 30TH. March 1789

The Council met.

The Council adjourned 'till tomorrow morning.

Tuesday 31st. March 1789

The Council met.
Present as on Yesterday.

In Council March 31st. 1789

Robert Bowie Esqr. Collector of the fund, tax for Prince Georges County for the years
1787 and 1788, having prayed the indulgence which by an Act of Assembly passed at their
last Session entitled "An Act to empower the Governor and Council to compound with the
discoverers of british property [p. 54] and for other purposes", this Board is authorized
to grant on rertain Conditions, which Conditions the said Robert Bowie has complied with
and the Board being of opinion that he has used his best endeavors to discharge the balance
he owes the State—Resolved that no Process issue against the said Robert Bowie or his
Securities for the recovery of the balance due from him to the State for the tax aforesaid for
three months from the twelth of this instant.
