Thursday 6th. May 1790

The Council met.

Present his Excellency John Eager Howard Esquire

The Hon'ble. James Brice

John Davidson

Randolph B. Latimer Esquires

Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to Capt. David Lynn, twenty two
pounds, fifteen shillings—ten pounds, five shillings part thereof for the use of John Jones
Adm'r. of Thomas Jones and the residue being twelve pounds ten shillings for the use of
Jeremiah Williams Adm'r. of Noah Sears being for five Months pay as per Account
Account passed by the Aud'r. Gen'l.

The Council adjourned 'till tomorrow morning.

Friday 7th. May 1790

The Council met.

Present as on yesterday. [p. 171]

Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to Colo. Uriah Forrest Thirty three
pounds, fifteen shillings for three Months half pay due him the first of this instant.
The Council adjourned 'till tomorrow morning.

Saturday 8th. May 1790

Monday 10th. May 1790

The Council met.

Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to Mrs. Ann Levascher, widow of the
late Lieut. John Levascher Thirty pounds for six months half pay due the 1st. instant.

That the said Treasurer pay to Benjamin Rumsey Esqr. Fifty pounds for one quarter's
Salary as a Judge of the Court of Appeals due the 1st. instant.

The Council adjourned 'till tomorrow morning.

Tuesday nth. May 1790
