[p 100] Ordered That the Western Shore Treasurer pay to
George Gray Twelve pounds, one shilling and eight pence Current
Money due him per Account passed by the Aud'r. Gen'l, agreeably
to a Resolution of the General Assembly of the 1st. Instant.

The Honorable John Kilty Esquire attended.

Commissions issued to John Selby, Joseph Dashiell, Ebenezer
Handy, Thomas Purnall, James Selby, John Postley, Josiah Mitchell,
John Pope Mitchell, Peter Chaille, Philip Quinton, Isaac Marshall,
and William Purnall appointed Justices of Worcester County.

John Selby, Joseph Dashiell, John Postley, Josiah Mitchell and
Peter Chaille appointed Justices of the Orphans Court of Worcester
County.

The Council adjourned 'till tomorrow morning 11 o'clock.

Ordered That a Copy of the Resolve of this Board of the 15th.
February last, and the Recommendation of the General Assembly
to reduce [p 101] the number of Justices in the several
Counties of this State be transmitted with the Commission to the
Counties in which a Reduction hath been judged necessary.

Polk, John Williams, Joseph Venables, Henry Jackson, Levin Wool-
