this Board, and it appearing to us that the State has not suffered as
the said Henry Williams was brought in and fined for said Offences,
Resolved therefore that the said forfeited Recognizances of the said
George Williams be and are hereby remitted.

Joseph Dashiell and Peter Chaille by their Letter of this Date
having exhibited to the Board sundry Charges against Nehemiah
Holland One of the Justices of Worcester County, tending to prove
him an unfit Person to be in the Commission of the Peace, The
Board to give the said Nehemiah Holland an opportunity of justify-
ing himself against the said Charges do appoint the 18th. Day of
January next for a Hearing on them, and do direct that a Letter be
wrote to the said Nehemiah Holland enclosing the Charges against
him informing him of the Day appointed for a Hearing. Ordered
that the Person delivering the Letter with the Charges prove the
Delivery and Time, on Oath.

The Council adjourned 'till tomorrow morning 11 o'clock.
