The Council adjourned 'till Monday Morning 11 o'clock.

[p 51] Monday 15th. August 1785

The Council met.

Present the Honorable
Aquila Paca, John Davidson and Samuel T. Wright Esquires.

The following Accounts against Confiscated Property exhibited
to this Board and examined and approved.

Doctr. Abraham Mitchell against Robert Alexander Balance of
an Account previous to the year 1777 with Interest to i July 1785
Thirteen pounds, Eleven shillings and nine pence.

Jonathan Booth against Robert Alexander Balance of an Account
with Interest as aforesaid Thirty four pounds, one shilling and
nine pence.

Robert Ballard Adm'r. of Jonathan Plowman against William
Smith for three Judgments obtained by Hamilton and Howell against
William Smith and John Flanagan with Interest to ist. July 1785
Two hundred and eighty one pounds, six shillings and two pence
half penny the Sum paid by Ballard Administrator as aforesaid.

The Council adjourned 'till tomorrow Morning 11 o'clock.

Tuesday 16th. August 1785

The Council met.

Present His Excellency William Paca Esquire Governor.

The Honorable

Charles Wallace, Aquila Paca, John Davidson and Samuel T.
Wright Esquires.

The Council adjourned till tomorrow morning 11 o'clock.

The Council met.

Present the Honorable

The Council adjourned 'till tomorrow morning 11 o'clock.
