38 Journal of the State Council, 1784-1789.

Present the Honorable Charles Wallace, Aquila Paca, John David-
son and Sam'l. T. Wright Esquires.

The Council adjourned till tomorrow morning 11 o'clock.

Wednesday 2Oth. July 1785

The Council met.

Present the Honorable

Aquila Paca, John Davidson, Samuel T. Wright Esqrs.
[p 45] The following Accounts against Confiscated Property
exhibited to this Board are examined and approved, vizt.

Joseph Gilpin against Robert Alexander with Interest to 6th
October 1785 Thirty pounds, seventeen shillings and one penny,—
and

Gale, Jackson & Stewart against Doctr. Henry Stevenson with
Interest to the 1st. of July 1785 Twelve pounds, eighteen shillings
and two pence.

The Council adjourned 'till Saturday 23d. Instant.

Saturday 23d. July 1785

The Council met.

Present the Honorable

Charles Wallace, Aquila Paca, John Davidson and Samuel T. Wright
Esquires.

The following Accounts against Persons whose Estates are Con-
fiscated exhibited to this Board are examined and approved.

William Wilkins against Lloyd Dulany with Interest to 26 June
1785 Sixteen pounds, ten shillings and nine pence.

Samuel Owings against Doctr. Henry Stevenson with Interest
to the ist. July 1785 Forty seven pounds, three shillings and eleven
pence half-penny.

Samuel Owings against Robert Alexander with Int as aforesaid
Sixteen pounds, eleven shillings and two pence.

Doctr. Wiesenthal against Lloyd Dulany with Interest as aforesaid
Twenty nine pounds, four shillings and two pence.

Martin and Smyly against Henry Stevenson with Interest to
7 July 1785 ninety two pounds, two shillings and ten pence, and

Andrew Davidson against the same with Interest to the 8 July
1785 Eleven pounds, four shillings and three pence.

The Council adjourned 'till Tuesday the 26 Instant.

Tuesday 26th. July 1785

The Council met.

Present His Excellency William Paca Esquire Governor.
The Hon'ble Chas. Wallace, Aquila Paca, John Davidson and
Samuel T. Wright Esqrs.
