Ordered that the Western Shore Treasurer pay to James Williams
Administrator of James Tootell Seventeen pounds one shilling and
eleven pence farthing specie agreeably to the "Act to adjust the
debts due from this State" per Certificate passed by the Auditor
General due the 25th. May 1785.

The Council adjourned 'till tomorrow morning.

Ordered that the Western Shore Treasurer pay to James Royston
Seventeen pounds, seven shillings and six pence Current Money due
him per Account passed by the Deputy Auditor.

William Campbell who was appointed Collector of the Taxes due
in Anne Arundel County by an act of the late Session of assembly,
produced a Bond regularly executed by himself and Charles Wallace
and George Mann his Securities for the performance of the Duties
required by the Act aforesaid which being approved of is Ordered
to be delivered to the Treasurer of the Western Shore and that his
Receipt be taken for the same.

The Council adjourned 'till tomorrow morning.
