294 Journal of the State Council, 1784-17.

attend on that Day with their Witnesses and that Summons be
issued by the Clerk of this Board when applied for.

Ordered that Mr. Clement Sewell and Mr. John Thompson, the
Judges complained of, be Served each with a Copy of the said Peti-
tion, and of the above Order on or before Monday the 27 instant.

Mr. Jonathan Seney the person returned for Sheriff, being present,
a Copy of the above with a Copy of the Petition is delivered to him.

The Council adjourned 'till tomorrow morning.
