290 Journal of the State Council, 1784-1789.

That the said Treasurer pay to William Handy Sixty seven
pounds, five shillings and two pence specie agreeably to the "Act to
adjust the Debts due from this State" per Account passed by the
Deputy Aud'r. 18 May 1787.

The Council adjourned 'till tomorrow morning.

Wednesday 1st. October 1788

The Honorable John Kilty and Benjamin Harrison Esquires
attended.

The Council met.

Ordered That the Western Shore Treasurer pay to John Smith
Brookes One thousand eight hundred and eighty pounds, two
shillings and seven pence specie agreeably to the "Act to adjust the
Debts due from this State" per Account passed by the Auditor Gen-
eral due the 1st. September 1787.

The Council adjourned 'till Monday morning.

Monday 6th. October 1788
The Hon'ble. James Brice and John Kilty Esquires attended.

Wednesday 8th. October 1788

The Council met.
