Present His Excellency William Smallwood Esquire.
The Hon'ble. James Brice
John Kilty
John Davidson
Benja. Harrison Esquires.

Ordered that the Western Shore Treasurer pay to Colo. Uriah
Forrest Sixty seven pounds, ten shillings for six Months half pay due
him the 1st. of May last.

The Hon'ble. Jeremiah T. Chase Esquire attended.

Ordered that the Western Shore Treasurer pay to Christopher
Richmond One hundred and twenty five pounds for half a Years
Salary as Auditor General due the 1st. May last.

The Council adjourned 'till tomorrow morning.

Wednesday nth. June 1788

The Council met.

Present the Hon'ble. James Brice John Kilty

John Davidson and Benja. Harrison

Esquires.

[p 326] Ordered That the Western Shore Treasurer pay to
David Ross Esqr. One hundred and eighty pounds, five shillings
current Money due him for his attendance in Congress per Account
passed by the Auditor General.

The Council adjourned 'till tomorrow morning.
