Ordered that the Western Shore Treasurer pay to Thomas Maffitt,
Thirty seven pounds, ten shillings due him per Account passed by the
Aud'r. General.

His Excellency the Governor attended.

Ordered that the Western Shore Treasurer pay to Peter Engels
one hundred and twenty five pounds for one year's Salary as
Armourer at Frederick Town in part of an Account passed by the
Auditor General.

The Council adjourned 'till tomorrow Morning.

Howard Esqr. Seventy seven pounds for his attendance as a Delegate
to Congress per Account passed by the Auditor General.

Ordered That the Western Shore Treasurer pay to Joseph Bruff's
Executors One hundred and thirty five pounds, nineteen shillings
and two pence specie agreeably to the "Act to adjust the Debts due
from this State" per Account passed by the Auditor General due the
1st. September last.

The Council adjourned till tomorrow morning.
