Th Council adjourned 'till Thursday next.

Thursday 24th. April 1788

The Council met.

Present The Hon'ble. James Brice

John Davidson

Benjamin Harrison Esquires.

Ordered that the Western Shore Treasurer pay to Jub Fowler
Six pounds due him per Account passed by the Deputy Auditor.
The Council adjourned 'till Tuesday next.

The Council met.

Present His Excellency William Smallwood Esquire.
The Honorable John Kilty

Benjamin Harrison Esquires.

Ordered that the Western Shore Treasurer pay to Benjamin
Dashiell one hundred and sixty nine pounds, five shillings and nine
pence Current Money due him for plank furnished the State as per
Account passed by the Aud'r. Gen'l.

That the said Treasurer pay to Nancy Handy twenty five pounds
Current Money for the Board, C10thing etc. of her son Joseph
Handy from January 1787 to November last as per Account passed
by the Aud'r. Gen'l.

The Council adjourned 'till Thursday next.

Thursday 1st. May 1788

The Council met.

Present The Honorable James Brice

Benja. Harrison Esquires.

Ordered That the Western Shore Treasurer pay to Joseph Clarke
Ten pounds current Money to enable him to settle King & Hammonds

Account againet the State and to be by him accounted for.

The Hon'ble. John Kilty Esquire attended.

Ordered That the Western Shore Treasurer pay to John Kilty
Esqr. Thirty one pounds, five shillings for a quarter's Salary as a
Member of the Council ending this Day,

That the said Treasurer pay to Benjamin Harrison Esqr. Thirty
one pounds, five shillings for a quarter's Salary as a Member of the
Council ending this Day.
